Intelligent, attractive, sensitive to others, i do not drink or smoke, and i'm spiritual but not religious. i very much value the earth and all its creatures. i'm unpretentious, loyal, a good conversationalist, completely bilingual as in read, write, speak, and sing because i grew up in Puerto Rico. i'm communicative, practical, dedicated, health conscious, honest and truthful. i cannot stand injustice in any form, whether to humans or animals. i'm kind, passionate, peaceful, and have marched for the causes i believe in. i'm about to dig into Ghandi's autobiographical book My Experiments with Truth. i hope my shovel can handle it! He and Mother Teresa are 2 of my handful of heroes. i have published a few fairly decent pieces of contemporary poetry. i love to laugh and enjoy making others laugh, but i have a serious side also. i'm in the process of reinventing my life because i lost my old dad just a few months ago, and i was his primaryy caregiver. these past holidays were pretty sad. i'm looking for basically the same type of person that i am, whether its just dating or a more serious involvement. forget the macho or bigot dealsi'm not interested. nor am i interested in anyone hot tempered or conflict driven. and any guy who interests me absolutely must have good hygiene. i don't jump into a relationship quicklyso far they haven't made a parachute for that particular exercise. i take my time and listen and observe. i like to dance and eat out sometimes, cook when i have time, work in the yard, read, enjoy time with friends, travel when i can. i have 3 little rescue dogs and a large goldfish pond. i power walk 3 miles each workday and eat a fairly healthy diet. if this piques your curiosity at all, please tell me something about yourself and include a pic. i'd prefer between the ages of 5565 and 5'9 or taller. unlikely i'll respond if you don't send a pic, and yours will get you mine. thanks for reading! and p.s. i'm 5'6, 135 pounds, long, dark hair, and blu
